All messages are sent by Spriggan AI on behalf of participating clinics.
Message types
Appointment reminders and confirmations, clinic location and directions, secure links to patient intake forms.
Frequency
Typically 1–4 messages per month, limited to appointment-related communications.
Opt-in
Patients opt in by signing a physical SMS consent form at the clinic during registration or check-in. Review the form here: SMS Consent Form (PDF). Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving treatment or services.
Opt-out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Virgin, US Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others.

02 Compliance posture
The Spriggan SMS program is built to comply with US carrier rules (10DLC), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and HIPAA. We collect explicit, opt-in consent before sending any patient message; honor STOP requests immediately; and maintain a complete consent and message-history audit trail per recipient.
