Pre-visit, Spriggan sends each patient a personalized intake link — their own demographics already filled in, only what’s changed needs review. Insurance card photo, ID photo, allergies, meds, prior surgeries, family history — all captured before they walk in.

Real-time 270/271 eligibility runs as soon as insurance is captured. If there’s a copay due, the patient sees it and pays at the same time. If coverage isn’t active, the front desk knows before the visit, not after.
