Most clinic chart sections are a graveyard of mis-filed PDFs. Spriggan looks at every inbound document — fax, email attachment, portal upload, scanner drop — and decides three things: what type is this, which patient does it belong to, and which chart section needs it.
OCR + NLP extracts the load-bearing fields (member ID, group #, CPT, payer, dates, signatures) so the chart isn’t just storing an image — it’s storing structured data your billing and clinical teams can act on.
