Spriggan reaches out the way each patient prefers — voice for the older cohort, SMS for everyone else, email when there’s a balance bigger than $200 that warrants context — with a pay link they can hit without logging in.

Payment plans get offered automatically when the balance is above your configured threshold. HSA-aware receipts are sent at the right time of year for patients who care.
